30-Day, Risk Free Trial Period

Simplyhear.co offers a 30-day, risk-free trial period for all hearing aids. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your hearing aids within the trial period and return both devices in normal working condition within the first 30-days, we will refund your entire order with free shipping.

To initiate a return within the 30-Day trial period, contact us, support@simplyhear.co or schedule a time to come into our office or have a virtual appointment to explore other options for your hearing loss.

Refund & Exchange Policy

At Simplyhear.co, we want our customers to be 100 percent satisfied with their hearing aids and the services we provide. Our team of hearing experts are here to assist you in selecting the right pair of hearing aids for you that suit your lifestyle. At our online store you’ll have the opportunity to browse through a variety of different hearing aids options from top brands. When you finish selecting your hearing aids, we will customize and program them, ensuring that they pass our quality control test before sending them directly to your front door.

As a part of our order intake process, you will be asked a series of lifestyle related questions to help us customize your chosen hearing devices to work for you. Further, you’ll have a choice of either uploading your audiogram to our portal at the time of placing your order, or take the online hearing test so we can assess your hearing remotely, or, if you’re local and would rather have an in-person appointment, schedule a time to come in for a complementary hearing exam. 

While we will provide you with high-quality hearing aids and do the best we can to ensure you love your new hearing devices, we know that they may or may not be exactly what you are looking for. And that is why we offer a 30-Day money back guarantee and a 60-Day exchange program.

If, within the first two months of using your hearing aids, you realize they are not the right pair for you, let us know.

Our policy is simple — within the first 30 days, if you are not happy with your hearing aids, we will give you a full refund. There will be no restocking fee or no exchange fee. We will even provide you with a return shipping label for your 3-Day return at no extra charge to you. We want to make finding the right hearing aid for you a simple process.

In order to properly process your return, or exchange, in a timely manner please email us at support@simplyhear.co to obtain a Return Authorization. Once we process your request and give you a Return Authorization, simply mail us the devices back. If you need any help during this process, please search the FAQ section for frequently asked questions, or email us at support@simplyhear.co. If you are past the 3-Day return window to receive a full refund, you can still exchange your devices for another pair that might work better for you. You may exchange the devices for up to 60-Days from the date of purchase. The return shipping after 30 days is your responsibility and we require a tracking number for the return. For products that are not hearing aids, and for accessories, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund. Customer is responsible for any charges associated with shipping and tracking of the returned product(s) back to us.

Replacement/Repair Policy

All of our hearing aids come with a 3-year manufacturer repair warranty covering most if any repair costs for the first 3-years. In addition, all our hearing aids come with a 3-year loss coverage that includes a one-time replacement of the lost hearing aid for $300/device.
